This website

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it does not load fonts, scripts or media from other companies. We do not ask you to accept cookies because we do not set any that need your consent.

The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to serve the page and block automated abuse. Cloudflare may set one cookie, cf_clearance, on this domain. It is a security cookie that records that your browser passed an automated-traffic check. It is not used to identify you or follow you across other sites.

If you email us

If you write to hello@digi-tool.xyz, we use your name, email address and what you tell us to reply and to discuss possible work. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you ask for a quote or service, taking steps before a contract. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking you first. Our email is provided by Zoho Mail.

Client area

The client area at clients.digi-tool.xyz is for people we work with. Access is controlled by Cloudflare Access, which asks you to sign in and sets its own cookie to keep you signed in. Files there are shared with the client they were prepared for.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with the conversation and our business records. If you want an email deleted sooner, ask us.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@digi-tool.xyz and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we add analytics, embedded media or anything else that changes this, we will update this page and ask for consent first where the law requires it.
